Hi, I’m Daniel, but most people know me by my nickname, Hits. I’m a fly fisherman and angler from Norway who’s been passionate about fishing my entire life. A few years ago, I discovered fly fishing, and I’ve never looked back. Alongside fishing, I enjoy camping, hunting, and fly tying—anything that gets me closer to nature and the water.

Why I Started This Store

I created this store as a hub for anglers—a place where I can share my experiences and passion for fishing. Here, you’ll find:

What Makes Me Unique

I dedicate an inhumane amount of time to my passions. I’m incredibly curious, learn quickly, and am constantly optimizing my techniques and gear. Fishing has been a lifelong journey for me, and I’m always exploring new methods, testing different equipment, and pushing myself to become better.


With years of experience, including working in a niche tackle shop in Norway, I’ve had the privilege of learning from the best, testing gear extensively, and building a deep knowledge of the sport in a short amount of time.

How It All Started

My journey began at the age of two when my grandpa would take me out on his fishing boat. Soon after, I got to fish with my own rod, and one day I caught an 8 kg fish on a light spinning rod. That moment sealed my fate—I was hooked for life.


I spent every summer near the sea, fishing as much as I could. Over time, I shifted toward camping trips, freshwater fishing, and eventually fell in love with targeting pike and trout. Fly fishing became my main focus, and it’s been an obsession ever since.
